PA Continuing Legal Education (CLE)

This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for seventeen (17) hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit and two and one-half (2.5) hours of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit. Two and one-half (2.5) hours of substantive credit for Thursday, April 20; eight and one-half (8.5) hours of substantive credit and one and one-half (1.5) hours of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse credit for Friday, April 21; and six (6) hours of substantive credit and one (1) hour of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse credit for Saturday, April 22.

Pennsylvania Educators Act 48 Hours

Approval has been granted for Pennsylvania Act 48 credit for primary and secondary education teachers. Interested participants are eligible to receive a total of 19.5 hours of credit for attending the entire conference. The daily allotment is as follows: Thursday, 2.5 hours; Friday, 10 hours; and Saturday, 7 hours.

West Virginia Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (WVMCLE):

This program qualifies for 23.5 hours of credit under the West Virginia Rules for Mandatory Continuing Legal Education. The daily credit allotments are as follows: Thursday, April 20: 3 General Credits; Friday, April 21: 10.6 General Credits and 1.8 Ethics Credits (including the evening portion of the program); Saturday, April 22: 6.8 General Credits and 1.3 Ethics Credits.

Ohio Continuing Legal Education

The Ohio Commission on CLE allows individual lawyers to apply for CLE credit after attending an educational program. Lawyers seeking Ohio CLE credits should contact Maria Comas, Esq. at 412-396-4801 or comas@duq.edu to obtain the necessary documentation.
